Статья посвящена перспективным направлениям тарифного регулирования в сфе- ре связи с учетом достигнутого уровня конкуренции в отрасли. Тенденции развития конкуренции на рынке телекоммуникаций России указывают на необходимость совершенствования механизмов тарифного регулирования. Приводятся базовые принципы проконкурентного тарифного регулирования, на основе которых раз- работан Порядок расчета тарифов по методу предельного ценообразования. Пере- числены преимущества и недостатки данного метода, а также указаны возможные способы нивелирования недостатков.
The article is devoted to promising areas of tariff regulation in the sphere of communications, taking into account the current level of competition. The tendencies of competition development in the market of telecommunications of the Russian Federation underline the need to improve the mechanisms of tariff regulation. The article considers the core principles of pro-competitive tariff regulation, which served as the basis for the Procedure for calculating tariffs using the marginal pricing method. The pros and cons of this method, as well as possible ways of lessening the disadvantages are listed in this article.
