On State Support as a Method of State Management of the Economy in the Russian Federation (Organizational and Legal Aspects)

Abstract
The article forms the concept of state support is being formed, considered as a means of state management of the economy, activating economic activity, and in some cases acting as a preferred way to realize a particular task in the economy. State support is considered as a goal-setting tool, a means of attracting business attention, as well as a means of ensuring the implementation of the tasks facing the economy. For private business, government support is a means of increasing the efficiency of economic activity and a condition for the success of the implementation of projects, stimulates investment activity. The incentive for state support can be both the need to realize public interests and the implementation of private initiatives aimed at achieving results with high public value. Issues about the forms, subjects and objects of state support are being considered.
