Effectiveness of Antitrust Control Over Compliance with the Requirements of Non-Discriminative Access Rules by Companies Holding a Dominant Position on the Product Market

Abstract
An integral part of antitrust control is ensuring compliance with the requirements of the rules of non-discriminatory access to resources and infrastructure of natural monopoly entities. The article analyzes the results of a decade of such control by antimonopoly authorities within the framework of the administrative proceedings, including regulatory proposals.
