The expediency of applying the national standard of antimonopoly compliance

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the regulation of the antimonopoly compliance system in the Russian Federation in terms of assessing its balance, in accordance with the requirements of the antimonopoly compliance enforcement system. This article proposes a sustainable public assessment in terms of their sustainability and effectiveness in protecting entities in the development and implementation of an antitrust compliance system.
