Regulatory Approvals of Transactions of Foreign Investors in the Investment and Antimonopoly Legislation of the Russian Federation and Abroad in Order to Ensure National Security

Abstract
The article examines the specifics of the establishment of restrictive exemptions for foreign investors provided for by Russian and foreign legislation when they make transactions with national enterprises, including those affecting the public interests of states (national security of the state).
It is concluded that the economic security of the state is achieved as a result of the application of a set of regulatory measures, including those provided for by antimonopoly and investment legislation, as well as the fact that Russian legislation fully complies with the trends in the development of rules for foreign direct investment in foreign countries.
