The foundation and development of anticompetitive coordination legal restriction in Russian competition law

Abstract
The concept of coordinating economic activity in domestic competition law and law enforcement practice has been investigated. The types of anticompetitive coordination of economic activities (ACED) were highlighted, the ratio of ACED with “vertical” agreements, abuse of dominant position was assessed.
